Photographing, recording, or broadcasting your hearing is prohibited by California Rules of Court 1.150 and local rules of court.
If you need an interpreter for a courtroom proceeding, the court will provide one at no cost to you. This is a free service for people who use the courts.
Read MoreThe cutoff time for canceling a remote appearance is 8 a.m. the morning of the hearing. Be sure to leave yourself enough time to complete the steps in this procedure. There is no other way to cancel a hearing. If you don’t cancel on time, you will still be charged the full appearance fee.
