You can schedule a remote appearance for your case by selecting a case litigation area below. The Court will accept reservations within 14 days from the current day and up to 30 minutes prior to the hearing start time.
Release 2.0 introduces an enhanced interface with smoother transitions and heightened security when moving from the "Virtual Gallery" (the waiting area) to the "Virtual Well" (the courtroom). Photographing, recording, or broadcasting your hearing is prohibited by California Rules of Court 1.150 and local rules of court.
If you need an interpreter for a courtroom proceeding, the court will provide one at no cost to you. This is a free service for people who use the courts.Read More
The cutoff time for canceling a remote appearance is 8 a.m. the morning of the hearing. Be sure to leave yourself enough time to complete the steps in this procedure. There is no other way to cancel a hearing. If you don’t cancel on time, you will still be charged the full appearance fee.
